After changing the fuel pump in my 86 Dodge Daytona Turbo Z does the fuel lines need to be vented? How?

Is it vented from under the hood and if so where? |||it should be already vented on the charcoal canister.|||the charcoal canister on some cars are located under the hood by the inner fender on the drivers side. check there. if your having trouble then it might be a broken hose or the filter under the canister needs changing.
