started doing this after changing instrument panel because no gauges worked.

I THINK YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE SECURITY SYSTEM..YOU CAN TRY HAVING PCM REPROGRAMMED AND IF IT DOESN'T WORK, THEN YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED NEW IGNITION SWITCH..IN STEERING COLUMN..

absolutely best answer! it was the security system but not the ignition switch.

time to get a new car
check fuel pressure before you replace anything else you may have a half plugged fuel filter, if it will run even for a short time it shouldnt be too bad good luck
Good Auto-Electric Shop! Sounds like a Major Short in the Harness Was the problem with the Interments and now the Problem is getting bigger. Explain it to them and they should be able to trace it.
