Hi, Call your local car dealer and find out if there is a kill switch located on the truck rear area. Good Luck

As stated in several posts. Check with the dealer about an inertia switch. Did your vehicle take a hit or did you hit something? This switch is a safety device in the event you have a collision that breaks the fuel line. It also stops the engine as it disables the fuel pump. The switches are easy to reset but the secret is finding the location.
FORD SUCKS GO GET YOU A CHEVY AND GET 0 PERCENT FINANCING!!!
Try a reset of the inertia fuel shutoff switch. It should be located on the passenger side near the transmission hump hiding under the top edge of the carpet.
A bad connection is a definate possibility. There have been many problems, mostly on GM vehicles to my knowledge, with a high resistance connection causing the connecters to heat up and become distorted, not allowing for a good connection with the new pump. I would also check the fuel cut off switch because it should eb easy to check.
