Now that you have heard from all the smart a** here it the info.

First remove the neg cable from the battery. Jack up truck and support with jack stands.

Now disconnect the fuel filler lines. Next support the tank with a floor jack. Remove the tank hangers and lower the tank. Now disconnect the fuel lines. Now lower the tank to the ground, and remove the tank from the truck.

Remove the filler and remove the pump. Reinstall in reverse order
Do what gold wing said but before you remove the pump, clean all the loose dirt away from the opening in the tank. When you remove the ring holding in the pump and sending unit you can get dirt in the tank which is bad. Good luck.
The fuel pump is located in the gas tank. You must remove the cover that protects the gast tank and then the tank itself. Make sure you disconnect the fuel lines going into the fuel pump when dropping the tank. There is little slack. Once tank is down, remove fuel pump and replace with new.
