My dodge neon 96 blows the fuel pump fuse when i start ignition, i changed the fuel pump, and ignition switch?
As suggest, start looking over the wiring harness for worn through spots.



I had this problem, my O2 sensor was grounding against my axle.



Also the wiring harness next to the valve cover closest to the driver's side is also prone to exposed wiring.

Sounds to me the fuel pump is going to ground when power is connecting to it. Make sure you don't have a pinched power wire leading to the fuel pump. This may be the case and the fuse will blow to prevent a fire from happening!
