what was wrong with it before you changed the pump and filter? there are a million things that can cause your symptoms. clogged air filter, bad fuel pump, clogged exhaust, poor engine condition, poor ignition system, bad engine sensors, etc...

Try the fuel pressure regulator
the shutter is a mass air flow item start and tap lightly on it if idle changes you found problem
