Where is the relay switch for the fuel pump on a 1991 Ford Aerostar Van?

Weve changed the fuel pump and fuel filter and still have no power going to the fuel pump.

There are three relays near the brake master cylinder. They are the a/c clutch, eec power relay, and the fuel pump relay. With the a/c off, turn the key on while touching the relays. One will click once, that is the power relay for the pcm, another will click twice, that is the fuel pump relay.

You also have a fuel saftey cut out switch in your right kick panel, by the floor. If its reseted, it aint ganna work. Push the red button dopwn,, itll work.

it is under the hood next to the diagnostic ports ..it is either the pump relay or the relay that powers every thing up including the pump relay
