also changed relay switch and checked fuses dont know what else maybe there's a cut off switch in trunk im lost can you help?

On a GM they are usually on the firewall or in a fuse box under the hood. Unfortunately this would have been the cheaper and easier thing to check first, but not everyone is a trained mechanic. If you are having trouble finding the relay, check in the repair manual at your local auto parts store or library. There are usually two or more of the same relays next to each other in a car. They can be %26quot;swapped%26quot; to test of a bad relay.
